Feature Requests

This request is to add the ability to replace the current image using one in the media library, as the current method of replacing an image only allows image upload. Use case: As our product UI changes, I need to update the image in a step. If I take a screenshot using the browser extension, it uploads the image to the media library. From there, I can add it to a Supademo, but there's no way to replace the image in a step with that media library image. Alternatively, it would be awesome to copy & paste hotspot & AI voiceover settings from one slide to another, which would have the same functional outcome.

Clicking on the Supademo extension opens up a shortcut window with 3 icons: Home, Help and Settings. These icons are not responding. I'm looking for the setting that disables the automatic zoom being added after the recording is stopped. Many thanks. Kind regards, Merel Wesselink

Here are some features that would get rid of some frustrating behaviours as part of the translation process. Have the possibility to add a blacklist for translation: In German (and other languages) there is a variety of terms that I do not want to be translated. If we are talking AI for example, a prompt is a prompt and not "Eingabe", "Ausgabe" or whatever else it could be translated to. As this applies to quite a lot phrases, having to remediate this manually almost defeats the purpose of having AI bulk translations Have in import-export feature: especially with more languages, handling these in Supademo right now is quite complicated, or rather not efficient. If I could do the same (e.g. bulk operations like replace, copy paste etc.) in Excel, this would speed up the process enormously. So CSV export-import would be great. Have a button to transfer Text -> Voiceover in Translationhub, either per input component or in bulk: right now there is a "Sync with AI" button, that syncs the source language with the target language. As I am not able to modify the source language in translation hub, this makes little sense. However what would be helpful is to sync the Text and Voiceover tab, as I am usually making adjustments to one that I also want to be applied to the other. Kinda going into the same direction would be... Make the switch between Text and Voiceover float: right now if I want to switch between those two, I need to scroll all the way to the top. So this means, review step 30, scroll up, switch to voiceover, scroll down to step 30, paste adjustments I just made for text, scroll up, switch to Text, scroll to step 31, review, scroll up etc. Lots of scrolling. Make the original language editable in Translation Hub: Because ... why not? If I see a typo, I need to go to a different menu, then go back to translation hub, about 10 unnecessary clicks.

let me add a new step using a supademo screenshot pls like the "record a new step with supademo" but let me pick the screenshot option bc the recording isn't capturing the frame I want to work on

We would like to add a little transparency to the tooltip boxes so the main visuals are at least hinted, and not totally obscured by a large tooltip box.

Right now it is kinda fiddly to manage a main language + translation + voiceovers. For the main language I have to work in the primary editor, the voiceover for the main language has to be done from the main menu, to modify the translation and its voiceover, I have to go to the translation hub though. This makes it very messy if e.g. I notice an error in the main language, while working on the translation, which forces me to go back to the main editor, then to the AI voiceover. then to translation hub. Instead, I would prefer if the translation hub gave access to all languages, regardless of main language or translations and their respective voiceovers. Ideally this empowers me to do the following things: Translate from any language as a source (e.g. if I made a correction in German, but want to make sure my messaging is consistent). It should also be possible to trigger translations for single input components and their language counterparts, instead of translating everything at once. Re-run voiceover generation for all languages (at once or individually) from a single interface

As a creator of an app demo, I would like to choose "skins" that mimic a phone, so it looks like a phone screen. In this case, the hotspots also needs to be more mobile friendly.

It would be good if we could store the steps in a YAML file or similar, and then simply load this information into the Supademo desktop app, to have it start the recording automatically. See for example https://maestro.dev/ (which is in another domain, software testing), that makes it easy to record steps and then re-run the demo. The benefit with recorded steps is that we can easily re-record the demo after something has changed in the app UI [to get an up-to-date demo], without having to manually click through everything again. Presumably this file format could also allow us to configure the hotspot basic settings on each step, e.g. text etc.

I would like to have a pulsing / pulsating ring as hotspot instead of the spot sometimes, especially to clearly see round buttons in our gui.
