Feature Request
This is my first time using Supademo, it's actually really good and intuitive. the thing that made creating my test demo take ages was the AI voices, I find there are not alot of British AI voices, and i believe for both of the British voice options its not consistent. I started with 'Dorothy' and there where 3 voice variations that I had to keep resetting for each slide to make sure that the voice is consistent. I ended up switching to 'lily' as there was more consistency when changing the text. It would be nice to have more authentic British voice options and for the voice styles not have mini variations I keep resetting in hopes I'll get the same single voice sound for consistency. I am happy to talk about this over a call if it helps. The male british voice doesn't feel natural at all, sounds very commercial like David Attenborough. When walking through the demos you kind of want like a friendly voice, not a 'radio voice'. I also found other things that could improve and make things faster but overall great software.

Global volume setting for Background Music
Would love to be able to set music volume for all supademos at once. Then you could change at the demo level for just that demo if needed

Recently Viewed filter not working well
Every time I make a change to settings and apply to all supademos it updates the last updated date on every supademo so its not showing me them in order of the last time I edited the content. Apply all changes should be different than content editing

Exported Gif / Video missing spliced video content
Hello - when you splice a video segment into two sections from the same video, when you export it, the gif and mp4 do not include that second spliced part. Replicated many times, its like it doesn’t realize there’s multiple parts of a video when spliced.

Micro quiz function in-between steps?
Hi! I was wondering if there were any plans for a micro quiz function in between steps! When it comes to complicated demos, it’s always great to add micro quiz to test for knowledge! Example might be adding a multi choice or true/false quiz as a callout style in a step, then give feedback/correct answer after chosen answer. But other than that, Supademo has been awesome :)

Video play bar is stopping the hotspots at the bottom of the supademo from being clicked
The new video play bar update blocks users from clicking on the hotspot, this has affected majority of our demos with no way of turning them off for all.

Help with Inline Embed
When I use Inline Embed with Elev.io, my hotspots disappear, and instead the hotspot text appears in a block underneath the video. How can I restore the hotspots?

"Videos" are not shown in the media library?
I did a screen recording with the chrome extension. Now I want to insert it into an interactive supademo. I can not add this screen recording in any way. It is now shown in the “media library” and the download of the screen recording gets stuck at 26% every time. The chrome extension finds both my webcams and I can select between them. The “record screen”-feature from the supademo webpage finds both but no matter which one I click it only chooses the Logitech one. Bug? It worked fine yesterday to select any of the two cameras.

Custom slide transition time
Can you please add custom transition time for guided tour video export. Some slides have less content and can be moved in 1-2 second while some need 3-4 seconds. Instead of predefined time 3,5, 7 seconds. Can you provide custom option from 1-10 seconds.

Reasons: Usability Password managers (1Password, Bitwarden, etc.) work best with username/password flows, enabling faster and more reliable logins. Magic links are slower and error-prone in day-to-day use (email delays, mobile/desktop context switching, expired links). Users expect a standard login flow, especially for frequent access. Security Username/password + 2FA (TOTP or OTP) is a well-understood and auditable security model. Reduces reliance on email security alone (email compromise = account compromise with magic links). Enables stronger controls such as enforced 2FA, step-up authentication, and conditional access. Compliance / Enterprise Requirements Many security standards and customer security questionnaires (SOC 2, ISO 27001, internal IT policies) explicitly expect: Password-based authentication Multi-factor authentication Some enterprises do not accept passwordless-only auth for internal tools. MUST: Add preview of video on screen during the recording to monitor facial expressions etc. It’s difficult to monitor this in real time without feedback. Great if it can be toggled on / off MUST: Video Edits: improve selecting & deleting segments. It’s particularly difficult to select shorter segments. I suggest allowing segment selection by clicking on the segment time marker. NICE: Speed: Allow segments to be sped up & slowed down NICE: Filters for lighting, soft focus. OK bc I am on a mac but I imagine on a PC, this could be problematic

We’d like to optimize the way our metrics are reported in order to eliminate the need for manual video counts and improve overall reporting accuracy and efficiency. For monthly reporting, it would be great to have the following updates: Dashboard / Overall Chart Add Total # of Unique Viewers to the overall chart. This should be included alongside the existing metrics (Total Viewers and Average Engagement). Export File Enhancements The export file should include all metrics, specifically: Total # of Views Total # of Unique Viewers Total # of New Supademos Created per user Total # of Active Supademos Engagement These changes will allow us to rely fully on automated reporting and remove the need for manual tracking. It would be great if you could help us with implementing these updates.
