Right now the timeline and play/pause controls are hidden until you hover over the bottom of the demo. We use Supademo a lot with voiceover and autoplay, and a lot of viewers never find the controls because they just don't think to hover there. A setting to keep them permanently visible would be a small change that makes a big difference.

When I use AI translation in the Translations Hub, I often need to tweak the result manually. The problem is those tweaks don't carry over to the voiceover translation, so I end up doing the exact same edits twice. Would love a simple button to just copy the hotspot translation straight over to the voiceover field.

If we embed a showcase created with Supademo on our company website, is it possible for Supademo to obtain sign-in information from our company website? When we embed a showcase on our internal website and set the viewing condition to logged-in users, we would like to track who viewed it and check how useful the showcase was. Currently, we can only check which step users clicked up to in the showcase we created. For further improvement, it would be great if we could obtain logged-in user information. best regards.

Being able to select all imported steps at once using the Shift key would significantly reduce creation time. Currently, selection is only possible using the Ctrl key. I would like to request this usability improvement. Please consider it.

Please fix an option to override AI voiceover so chapter clicks can advance the SHOWCASE even while narration is still playing. Right now the user is “stuck” when the AI voiceover is playing. If it is long it is very annoing to be “stucked” and click on the chapter buttons but nothing happens. Even more frustrating if the sound is off.

Currently there is no way to apply global hotspot settings to existing supademos which is a major issue for rebranding. This option already exists for other setting changes like Font. Can it be added for hotspots?

When pressing the back button in the hotspot where the previous step is a video, it always means that the video will run, and since the video does not have a back button, then it means that there will be a rage click frustration happening.

I would like to request the ability to set the color of a hotspot as dynamic so it can change based on customization needs depending on who we send the demo to, without having to create multiple demos. It would be helpful to simply update the color as needed and share the same link.

Form gated access currently does not use any honeypot solution (Google ReCAPTCHA, Cloudflare Turnstile, etc.) which can worsen the quality of traffic by bots and spam.

If I upload a group of screenshots, they are added to the demo in order from newest to oldest. Because I’m taking the screenshots as I work through a process, they are meant to be displayed from oldest to newest. It would be very helpful if the images were ordered in the demo from oldest to newest, so I don’t have to manually reorder them or upload them one at a time.

We have a field in the bottom corner of our screens that shows an email address, so I need to blur this in all guides. When adding a redact blur to a step, the save button has the tooltip “apply to other steps.” This is the behaviour I want, but it doesn’t happen. As a result, I have to go through and add the blur to every step. Please either make the save button apply the blur to all steps, or provide an extra button that does this. It would also be helpful if the MCP could handle Blur & Annotate.

Just that: the MCP guide includes instructions for setting up via a number of paths, such as Claude and GPT, but not GitHub Copilot in VSCode. I use this solution as I host the supademo’s on our website that I code/manage via VSCode. If it helps, it’s pretty straightforward: 1 - Open Customisations via the gear in the chat window, 2 - select MCP Servers, 3 - hit plus 4 - Choose HTTP 5 - Enter the URL as shown in the other guides 6 - Enter a name for the connection 7 - Select Global or Workspace

The 'Enhance with AI' feature loses its custom settings after 2 to 10 steps. It consistently drops the text creation prompt, although it occasionally retains the language setting.
