Save HEX codes or set default colors for Text on Chapters

I have to manually input the HEX code to change the color of the text in a Chapter to match our brand. I want to set a default color OR just allow for me to save certain HEX codes in the color picker for future use. It’s frustrating going into my brand’s media kit every time.
