Windows Desktop App Installer Downloads but Won't Launch

I'm trying to install the Supademo Windows desktop app. The .exe file downloads successfully, but when I double click it to run the installer, nothing happens. Running as admin also does not work.

There is no installation window, error message, or indication that the application is launching.

Has anyone else experienced this issue on Windows? Is there a known fix or an alternative way to install the desktop app?

    The issue is overcome by attempting to get the desktop app via Windows Store. In doing so, I was able to identify a .net runtime error with missing tech to allow the exe. to work. After updating .net runtime, I was able to launch Supademo Desktop App.
