Do not submit email if the demo is being replayed

If a visitor replays a demo, it would be easier if they did not have to submit the email again and the demo started right away.

Hi Erna - we'll be looking into this further but currently the user will have the email pre-filled if they've already completed it. They'll simply need to click "next" again.
This way, you receive an email notification as soon as they view it again.
