Hi there! I tried it with my colleague, who was supposed to pay for 1 user (and I'm supposed to use it). Several tries, no effects(you might be able to see it in your logs). How can we pay for 1 user and pass access to me, without sharing email accounts?

Hi Lis - sorry for missing this one. You would need to copy the entire auth code sent to your email into your browser, instead of clicking the link in the email - this is because some email clients strip our URL of necessary authentication inputs.
