Can't add work emails

Hello,
We've come across an issue where each time we add a members work email it denies them access, however when they use their Gmail account everything works correctly.
Would you be able to help us fix this?

We have successfully resolved the issue, and your colleagues, Andy and Marcelo, can now access the "IsoMetrix Software" workspace using their work email addresses.
