Voice-over to text link

it's a bit odd and time consuming having to edit hotspot text (for some reason) and then having to recall to edit voice-over text as well. This happens also when you duplicate slides, you modify text but voice-over is still from previous slide. Could be great to link hotspot and voice-over somehow
