Video Recording + Edit Improvements

MUST: Add preview of video on screen during the recording to monitor facial expressions etc. It’s difficult to monitor this in real time without feedback. Great if it can be toggled on / off

MUST: Video Edits: improve selecting & deleting segments. It’s particularly difficult to select shorter segments. I suggest allowing segment selection by clicking on the segment time marker.

NICE: Speed: Allow segments to be sped up & slowed down

NICE: Filters for lighting, soft focus. OK bc I am on a mac but I imagine on a PC, this could be problematic
