After successfully making our own demo video, we wanted to download the video. However, the pop up mentioning "Your video is being processed! We'll send a download link to your email once it's ready." pops up with no further email afterwards. Is there an issue regarding this feature?
Whereas the other demo video is available to download right away without the said Processing popup.
