Trying to download a video

I've been trying to download the video I created for 3 days now. I can't, and two things keep happening: it either gives an error and asks me to try again later, or it stops around the word 'secret' in the phrase 'Computing the secret to life' for hours, literally. Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong? Thank you.
