Some clicks not being recorded

I'm encountering an issue where when an page has an applet of some sort load in it, the clicks aren't being recorded.

Two examples of this are the Jira Cloud Add-in for Outlook Web Access, and an app called "Questions & Answers" for Confluence Cloud. Both of these are still in the web browser and even in the same tab, but load as their own app within it.
