My name is Mayur Pandya, and I am an independent security researcher. Today, I submitted a batch of security issues through your bug bounty program, including some critical ones. I would appreciate it if you could review these submissions at your earliest convenience and let me know if any additional information is required.

Additionally, I noticed that the rewards amounts listed on your bug bounty policy page are not clearly specified. Could you kindly share the reward ranges for different severity levels? This will help clarify expectations for researchers like me.

I also have additional potential vulnerabilities to report, but I would request an immediate acknowledgment of the bugs I have already submitted before proceeding further.

In case there’s a delay in reviewing or responding to this request, do you recommend adding my inquiry to your feedback portal? Please confirm if this is a suitable alternative for situations where support responses might be delayed.
