Native NPS tool with behavior-based triggers inside Supademo

Hi Supademo team,


It would be extremely valuable to have a native NPS tool built directly into Supademo, with customizable behavior-based and milestone-based triggers.

Today, if we want to collect NPS or user sentiment, we usually need to rely on external survey tools and integrations. The problem is that this often breaks the user journey, creates friction, and makes the feedback less contextual.

A native Supademo NPS widget could help teams capture feedback at the exact moment when the user experience is most relevant.

Some useful trigger examples:

  • After X logins
    To collect feedback from users who are starting to build a usage habit.

  • After completing a Supademo tour
    To measure satisfaction immediately after an interactive demo or product walkthrough.

  • After X days using the product
    To target retained users and get a more accurate loyalty score.

  • After completing a key action or task
    To collect feedback right after the user successfully uses an important feature.

  • After onboarding completion
    To understand whether the onboarding flow actually helped the user become productive.


This would allow companies to collect highly contextual NPS data without interrupting the user experience or depending on third-party tools.
