Merge Enhancement

When merging demos all the customizations, including general settings and overlay, are lost, along with pan and zooms on individual steps. It would be nice if you could allow the user to specify which demo is the parent from which the general settings and overlay could be inherited, while preserving some of the customizations of individual steps, e.g. pan and zooms.
