Issues with Video Repeating Parts

I'm experiencing issues with parts of my video repeating. So the video will run through, and then periodically skip to earlier in the demo and repeat the remainder of the video. It's not consistent (sometimes a part will repeat, sometimes it wont), so it's not an issue with the video itself.

I've noticed this happens when I'm working on another tab. Not sure if it's isolated to that case, but I've noticed it several times under these conditions.
