Issues with SANDBOX demo?

Hello, I would like to have a quick support related to the Sandbox demo approach. I tryed to record a demo in a sandbox mode but it seems like the tool wasn't able to create the sandbox scenario.

I'm not sure if this depends on the system i was demoing or if it's me making some mistakes.
