Issue with lost administrator role in workspace

Hello,

When I first created my company workspace, I registered it with administrator rights (building admin / regular admin). However, later something went wrong, and now on both of my accounts within this workspace, my role is shown only as Creator.

Because of this, all administrator functions are disabled for me:

I cannot manage the project,

I cannot remove members from the workspace,

I cannot edit or administer settings.

I also cannot re-create the project from a new account.

Please help me restore my administrator rights or provide a solution to this issue.
