Hyperlink in Hotspot Tooltip Opens Next Slide’s Link and Advances Slide

When clicking a hyperlink inside a hotspot tooltip, the system incorrectly opens the hyperlink from the next slide and simultaneously advances the slide. This happens even if the navigation arrows are not clicked. The only current workaround is to right-click the hyperlink and copy the link, but this disrupts the intended experience. Expected behavior is that clicking a hyperlink should only open that specific link in a new window without advancing to the next slide.
