Hyperlink formatting in hotspots

Maybe I'm missing something, but it doesn't appear like the formatting for hyperlinks added within hotspots is any different from regular text. This makes them impossible for the viewer to detect. I've resorted to bolding the text for visibility (underline isn't an option). Can you add styling to these links, or even a setting where this is adjustable? Thanks.
