HTML capture for one user only

I am a one person Instructional Design team at EF and I would like to use the HTML capture vs the screenshot capture for my demos. I am currently training our staff on Salesforce and would love to use the feature. As there is only me creating content it doesn't make sense to upgrade to the growth tier.
