Hidden Duplicate Hotspot Appears in Preview but Not in Editor

When editing a Supademo, a second hotspot sometimes appears during preview but cannot be seen or selected in the editor. This seems to happen if you double-click on a slide, which may create an extra hotspot. The issue is compounded if generative text is applied after hotspot creation, leaving no visible controls to edit or remove the duplicate.
