Give the option to not send an email when changing roles

Hey team,

Pretty low priority request here, but we would like to have the option to not send an email when we change someone's role. Right now, whether we want to or not, if we move someone from creator to viewer, they get an email letting them know. A check box allowing us to choose whether or not we send an email would be great. Thanks!
