Enable close by click-away for sandbox demos

We have dropdowns that are closed by clicking outside of the dropdown (or on the button that opened it), and these don’t seem to work with HTML Sandbox demos. I’ve tried recording the action of clicking away and the action of clicking on the button, but nothing works; once you open the drop-down, there is no way to close it.
