Delete un-need slides

Deleting slides that aren't needed is time consuming because you have to click the bin icon, then confirm it. If you could double click the bin icon (or another way) to be able to quickly get rid of slides where they aren't necessary.

That would speed up the process of getting a Supademo slick and ready for distribution.
