can't login on another PC using link from e-mail

Hi there! I tried it with my colleague, who was supposed to pay for 1 user (and I'm supposed to use it). Several tries, no effects(you might be able to see it in your logs). How can we pay for 1 user and pass access to me, without sharing email accounts?
