Bug - Inconsistent Mouse Hover Capture

I'm currently evaluating SupaDemo to potentially purchase for us to record demos for ou combined desktop/web application.

I have problems consistently capturing mouse hover-over events using the desktop app. Is this a known bug? I'm using desktop client version 1.1.3.0.

In the attached screenshot there is a red arrow at the top right, and a pop-up dialogue box that asks the user to be wary of clicking the link (in a grey box). This gets generated by an agent on the endpoint that looks for potentially risky links and shows the red arrow and box in grey.

What else do you need from me to help debug this?
