Animated GIFs in Chapter Slides

We have an mp4 intro video that we were adding to each demo that was just a logo animation. There were a number of issues we ran into with that (not being able to always have the video autoplay, the 10sec video being repeated in each Supademo as part of a Showcase, etc). Then, we came up with the idea to use the Chapter Slide feature instead. That worked well, but if we want to replicate what the video was doing with an animated logo to start the demo, we need to be able to upload GIFs to the background of a chapter slide. Currently, we cannot add that file type.
