Ensure that all text embedded in HTML elements is automatically translated alongside the rest of the demo content. Currently, only the hotspots are translated, which can result in a mismatch between the language of the interface screens and the hotspot or overlay content.

Expected Outcome

• Both the underlying screens and interactive elements (e.g., hotspots) are displayed in the same selected language.

• A consistent and seamless multilingual experience for users.
