What’s new

  • AI Video Studio: edit videos by their transcript: Standalone videos now get a transcript of what you say. Select words in the Transcript panel to cut, mute, correct, zoom in on, or duplicate them, the same way you’d edit text. Two switches remove filler words like “um” and shorten long pauses, and Supademo suggests retakes and false starts you may want to cut. Audio fades at each cut so edits sound smooth.

  • AI Video Studio: captions for videos: Captions come from the transcript and are on by default in the editor, on the video page, in embedded players, and in exports. Choose from 12 styles, three sizes, and three positions, and use your brand font or one you’ve uploaded. Viewers can turn them on or off with the CC button or the C key.

  • AI Video Studio: AI Command for video: With a video open, Command can cut or restore words, remove filler words, and shorten pauses. The Cursor and Zoom tabs now have their own Command prompts, such as “Add zooms with AI” and “Hide it when idle”.

  • Heading styles for hotspot text: A new Text style picker gives hotspot text Body, H1, H2, H3, and H4 sizes. Headings scale down on smaller screens and look the same in the player, on mobile, and in video exports. Existing demos look the same as before.

  • Custom gallery thumbnails in showcases: In the gallery layout, pick a step from the demo or upload your own image for each card. “Rename” in the item menu is now “Edit label”.

  • Offline downloads without signing in: Let anyone with the link download a demo for offline use, so viewers don’t need to sign in on each device. Turn it on per demo from the settings cog next to Download in the share modal, or set a workspace default under Offline Downloads. Available on Growth and Enterprise. Demos with password-protected chapters can’t be downloaded publicly.

  • Embed Route hubs, showcases, and videos anywhere: Paste a Route hub, showcase, or video link into Notion, Medium, or another tool that supports oEmbed, and it embeds automatically. Links with UTM tags or a trailing slash work too.

  • Czech and Russian voices: Jana (Czech) and Victoria (Russian) are new AI voices for voiceovers, and you can now clone your voice in Czech.

  • Bulk edits through MCP: AI assistants connected through MCP can now tag up to 100 demos at once and replace images or videos on up to 50 steps in one call.

  • Safer Auto-approve in AI Command: Auto-approve still makes Supademo changes without asking, but Command always asks first before anything that reaches outside Supademo, like sending an email or a CRM, Slack, or webhook delivery.

  • Back to your content after signing in: When a signed-out viewer opens a private demo, showcase, or video, they now see a Back to login button and return to that content after signing in.
