What’s new

  • Export demos as SCORM packages: Download any demo as a SCORM 1.2 package from the share modal and upload it to your LMS. You decide when a learner counts as complete: when they finish the demo, after a set amount of viewing time, when they click a button, or as soon as the module opens. Available on every plan.

  • See when visitors book from your Demo Agent: Agents now detect when a visitor finishes booking a meeting in an embedded Cal.com, Calendly, HubSpot, or Chili Piper scheduler. Confirmed bookings appear in conversation summaries, and you can use the new "Meeting booked" condition in your triggers.

  • Starter questions get a real answer: When a visitor opens a sales agent by clicking a starter question, the agent answers it right away, then asks what brought them in.

  • AI Command on agent settings: Command now knows which agent you have open. Ask it to change settings, knowledge, or triggers and the page updates with its changes straight away. It also tells you which changes go live immediately and which wait for your next publish.

  • Command reports back when background work finishes: When an AI video edit or agent readiness check completes, Command posts the result in your chat on its own. A finished video edit comes back as a demo card you can open. You can also send a message while files are still uploading, and it goes out once they're done.

  • More accurate AI video edits: AI video editing now follows your cursor through the recording to find each click, so hotspots land on the right control and each step pauses at the right moment. Steps without text get clear instructions like "Click Save".

  • A Home page that fits where you are: Home now adapts to your role and how far along you are, with a getting started checklist, suggested AI playbooks, and helpful empty states on your Supademos, Showcases, and Videos pages.

  • More accessible demos and showcases: Keyboard and screen reader users can follow demos and move through showcases more easily, with clearer labels, a skip link, and menus that work from the keyboard. Hotspot text stays on screen and scrolls at high browser zoom or in narrow embeds, and you can now add headings to hotspot text.
