Preloading of screens

At present, when you first play a demo there is a slight delay in loading the screens, so the pointer will move and the text prompt will appear, but that often happens before the new screen image is loaded. It would be more sensible to pre-load the images into memory, so they appear instantly. You don't have to load everything at once, but preparing the next slide or two at a time seems sensible.
