FOLDERS IN THE VIDEO LIBRARY

• Organize your video library with folders, the same way you already do with demos and showcases, including nested folders and separate Shared and Personal spaces

• Move videos in bulk by selecting them or dragging them onto a folder, so tidying a large library takes one pass instead of one video at a time

VOICE CLONING WITH RECORDING AND UPLOAD

• Clone a voice from an audio file you already have, not just from a live recording

• Play your recording back before you submit it, so you can retake it rather than finding out after the clone is built

AI COMMAND IMPROVEMENTS

• Command now knows whether your edits go live immediately or save to a draft, so it tells you where a change landed and offers to publish it when you have access

• AI Command is now available on paid plans in beta

• Fixed image attachments failing a turn, and stopping a reply early leaving the conversation permanently blank

AI DEMO AGENT ACCURACY AND LANGUAGE

• Agents are more accurate about what your plans include, and correct answers are no longer cut short by the checks that strip unsupported claims

• Agents with no language set now reply in the visitor's language and stay in it, including conversations that previously got an English answer instead

SHOWCASE FIXES

• Renaming a demo or a video now updates its title everywhere it appears in showcases, including public ones

HTML EDITING FIXES

• Fixed text typing backwards in some HTML demos, and the "Edited" badge covering folder menus on the demos, showcases, and videos grids

WHITELABEL ACCESS TO LINKED ENTERPRISES

• Whitelabel owner admins can now enter a linked customer enterprise and review branding and settings exactly as that customer sees them

• Access covers every workspace in the enterprise and grants full admin, not a read-only support session
