This week, we're shipping smarter discovery and more reliable conversations for Demo Agents, end-to-end Agent management through Supademo MCP, more predictable AI demo editing, and major performance improvements for large workspaces.
AI DEMO AGENTS
SMARTER SALES DISCOVERY
Demo Agents now run more natural sales discovery conversations. They answer the visitor's question first, then ask one relevant discovery question based on what the visitor just shared. Agents remember what's already been answered and stop asking questions when a visitor asks them to.
Agents now respond more consistently to the same questions and better understand conversational follow-ups. Questions like "how much does that cost?" are more reliably connected to the right topic from earlier in the conversation.
MEETINGS, CONTENT, AND RECOMMENDATIONS
If your Demo Agent has a Primary CTA, such as a Calendly booking link, it can now surface it naturally when a visitor is ready to talk to your team and open it directly in the canvas.
PowerPoint decks attached to Demo Agents now load more reliably, with clear progress shown while slides are being prepared.
Crawled website pages and links now ground your agent's answers without taking up space in the canvas. The canvas stays focused on interactive content like demos, videos, and documents worth opening.
Content hints on your knowledge sources are now followed more reliably, including exclusions such as "don't show this for pricing questions."
MORE RELIABLE AGENT CONVERSATIONS
Voice conversations now recover gracefully from network interruptions. If voice drops out, the conversation continues in text without losing the transcript or anything the visitor was midway through saying.
Session summaries and notifications also no longer fire while a conversation is still active.
Demo Agents now validate their knowledge sources before publishing. Agents with no working sources can't go live, while agents with only some failed sources can still be published with a warning.
BUILD DEMO AGENTS WITH SUPADEMO MCP
You can now build and manage Demo Agents end-to-end through the Supademo MCP server. We've added 39 new MCP tools covering the full agent lifecycle—from creating and configuring an agent to adding knowledge, crawling websites, setting up intro screens, defining evaluation criteria and triggers, publishing, and reviewing sessions, insights, and knowledge gaps.
Knowledge can be added from Supademos, documents, videos, text, and websites, including multi-page website discovery and crawling.
AI tools like Claude can now create and manage Demo Agents on your behalf while respecting the same permissions and plan limits as Supademo.
DEMO PLAYER AND EDITING
AI edits in HTML demos now respect the scope you select. Text, styling, structural changes, and elements added or removed by AI can be applied to either the current step or all steps without affecting unrelated steps.
Undo now reverses an entire AI edit in a single action instead of unwinding each individual change separately.
Copying and pasting steps between demos now preserves all associated step data, including voiceover settings.
Generated voiceovers no longer read formatting characters or raw URLs aloud.
You can now add alt text to chapter logos at both the demo and workspace level, improving accessibility for visitors using screen readers.
Fixed an issue where the previous video step could show through transparent areas of HTML steps.
Personalized links with dynamic background colors now preserve tracking and step parameters. Hex colors are supported in any standard format, with or without the leading
#.
ANALYTICS AND PERFORMANCE
Analytics are now more consistent across demos, showcases, the dashboard, and Supademo MCP. Trend indicators have also been standardized: counts show percentage change, rates show percentage-point change, and metrics growing from a zero baseline now display "New" instead of a misleading percentage.
Large workspaces now load demos, folders, and tags significantly faster. Several previously slow list views have been optimized, with the biggest improvements reducing load times by multiple seconds per page.
