Workspace settings have been completely refactored from the ground up. If you sync demo engagement data into your CRM, you'll love this one: manual field mapping. When you connect Supademo to a tool like HubSpot, you can now map Supademo source fields to exact destination fields, down to the specific field API name. Our AI-powered mapping still handles the heavy lifting, but if you've got custom CRM properties or strict attribution requirements, you now have full control over how demo data flows into the systems your sales and marketing teams report from.

Supademo now integrates with Seismic. For enablement and revenue teams, this means your interactive demos live right inside the sales content workflows your sellers already use. Instead of demos sitting in a silo, reps can pull them into buyer conversations at every stage, from first touch to expansion.

Demo Agents chat and voice got a major quality pass: smarter content retrieval with locator-aware indexing and query rewriting, so answers link to the exact demo step that's relevant.
Agents can now be configured with a use case (Sales vs. Onboarding) to tailor their behavior.
Agent version management: prompt-based agent changes are now versioned, and the readiness score stays consistent between checks. Readiness evaluation now runs through the live retrieval pipeline.
Voice chat improvements: upgraded to the Cartesia Sonic 3.5 voice model with a curated voice lineup, faster session setup, instant acknowledgment to cut perceived latency, and fixes for Safari hanging on "connecting," connection timeouts, mute cutoffs, and a clearer message when voice chat can't connect.
Agent chat now automatically retries when a response comes back empty.

New gallery display mode for showcases: a redesigned viewer with demo-type badges, responsive card layouts, a collapsible sidebar, and a save-status indicator in the editor.
Resource center content in showcases: videos, documents, and links can now be added as showcase resources, with deep links to specific resource content.
Video embed mode for embedding videos directly.
Fixed untranslated showcase sidebar titles and translation labels, and restored HTML/Sandbox demo support in legacy showcases.

Demo versioning matured: publish/revert snapshots, share-modal and brand settings synced into published snapshots, custom descriptions published from snapshots, and the Publish button now reflects actual unsaved changes.
Dynamic variables now work in "replace with image" elements.
Faster hotspot loading and quicker deletes in sandbox demos. Fixed live-version duplication failures, edit-comment syncing on restored steps, and HTML edit snapshot scroll and background recovery.

Public/private link visibility setting for videos.
Video uploads now validate duration client-side before uploading, with better failure handling.
Fixed blank frames in exported video playback, GIF export failures on long 1080p/30fps demos, video magnify letterboxing, and PDF/PNG export filenames.
Fixed caption synchronization during demo transitions and the closed-captions control hit area.

Fixed lead last names being dropped on form submit and missing lead details for recent views.

Right-to-left (Arabic) text now renders correctly in hotspots and chapters.
Fixed translated demo playback so media and voiceovers stay in sync when switching languages.
Comments are now accessible on mobile when viewing shared demos.
