PRESENTER MODE WITH NOTES

  • Present a demo the way you'd run a slide deck. Presenter Mode opens a second window showing the current step alongside previews of what came before and what's next, plus per-step speaker notes only you can see.

  • Your audience window follows your navigation in sync, and autoplay won't advance them out from under you. You can write speaker notes in the editor ahead of time or edit them live mid-presentation, and you can launch it from the viewer header, the editor toolbar, or straight from a demo card on your dashboard.

IMPROVED APPLY MEDIA EDITS TO ALL STEPS

  • Improvement in bulk-application of blur, redaction, annotation, crop, and alignment across your whole demo from a visible "Apply to all steps" button, instead of the old hover-over-Save popover.

  • The step picker opens with every applicable step already selected, so you deselect the ones you want to skip rather than building a selection from scratch. Steps where an edit can't apply, like video steps for redactions, are excluded automatically. If you're redacting the same piece of customer data on twenty screenshots, this is now two clicks.

SHARE WARNINGS FOR PRIVATE AND UNPUBLISHED CONTENT

  • The share modal now tells you when the link you're about to send won't show what you expect. You'll see a warning if a demo or showcase is private and external viewers can't open it, if a versioned demo has never been published, or if your draft changes aren't live yet, in which case copied and personalized links still serve the last published version. Copy and personalized link actions stay available throughout, so it's a heads up rather than a blocker.

SMOOTHER HTML DEMO TRANSITIONS

  • Stepping through an HTML demo now glides instead of jumping. When two consecutive steps were captured on the same page, the viewer animates the scroll between them rather than snapping to position, and the hotspot stays glued to its anchor for the whole motion instead of blinking out and reappearing. Steps that move to a different page still cut instantly. The result is much closer to how screenshot demos feel.

IMPROVED DEMO EDITING

  • Switching a hotspot away from Area, or deleting the last Area hotspot on a step, now clears the backdrop dim instead of leaving a full-screen dark overlay with no cutout. Leaving Modal on HTML demos also restores the backdrop you had before.

  • Blur redaction in the image editor now works in Safari, where redactions previously rendered unblurred.

  • The custom background color picker now stays inside the chapter settings modal instead of being hidden behind it.

  • Fixed sandbox demos where a captured loading indicator left a stuck wait cursor and blocked hotspot navigation, and hotspots inside embedded data grids now stay clickable and flash correctly.

IMPROVEMENT IN AI DEMO AGENTS

  • Agent narration is now much more grounded in the card it attaches. Previously an agent could say "here's a walkthrough of X" while attaching a resource about something else, sending visitors to content that didn't match the promise. It now drops the mismatched claim and hands off neutrally instead.

  • Conversations where the agent returned no visible reply are now saved rather than silently dropped, so those leads still reach you instead of disappearing.

TRANSLATIONS AND EXPORT FIXES

  • Duplicating a demo now preserves its translations. Copies previously came through with translated content missing, and often failed outright. If a duplication does fail partway, the incomplete copy is cleaned up automatically and your original is never touched.

  • Fixed HTML video exports hanging on demos that captured certain map and overlay elements.

DASHBOARD AND DEMO SETTINGS IMPROVEMENTS

  • The demo settings page has been redesigned with a new vertical tab layout.

  • You can now turn the replay button on / off per demo.

  • You can now turn the fullscreen button on / off per demo.

  • You can now create up to 10 categories in a Demo Hub, up from 5.

  • The "Create a Supademo" and "Share multiple Supademos in one Showcase" promo banners now appear only on a genuinely empty list. They no longer show inside folders, above folder cards, or when filters return no matches.

  • Workspace branding settings now explain that the Supademo badge stays on during your free trial.
