AI COMMAND (BETA)

  • Meet Command, your in-app AI assistant. Currently in beta with select customers, Command lives as a floating button in the bottom-right corner that opens into a popover or full-screen chat. Use Command to take action on your content and workspace: like adding voiceovers to demos, changing branding across demos, generating hotspot text based on context, or returning your top-performing demos.

  • Customers can also search for anything through the chat-based interface to receive helpful tips and best practices, derived from Supademo’s docs.

  • It follows you across the dashboard and editor (and stays out of the way on public viewer and embed pages), and it has its own dedicated page when you want more room to work.

SMARTER DEMO AGENT CHAT

  • Demo Agents now guide the conversation forward. After each reply, the agent offers suggested next steps as clickable chips, with ghost text in the input you can tab to fill and enter to send, so visitors always have a natural next move.

  • AI Demo Agent owners can also set up to five key topics per agent: things an ideal conversation should cover. The agent steers suggestions toward whatever a visitor hasn't explored yet without cutting off what they're actually asking, and the topics are never shown to the visitor. Both work across text and voice.

DEMO AGENT IMPROVEMENTS

  • Sharper, more grounded answers. Agents now better handle pricing, questions on capabilities, or unbacked figures, and when a visitor asks for a specific demo by name, the agent reliably attaches the right one instead of a generic overview.

  • Added onboarding-specific “Agent Readiness” questions to benchmark and Q&A the agent prior to going live.

  • Interactive demos within agents now always open at the first step. Previously the agent tried to guess the "right" step to land on, which sometimes opened the wrong slide.

  • Refreshed agent chat design, including updated tool invocation and message styling, and a fix for flickering during conversations.

  • Fixed agent button and play-button interactions on mobile demos.

DEMO VERSIONING

  • Version History now shows what actually changed between versions. Select a published version to see a "{N} changes" summary, then open a categorized breakdown across settings, background, HTML edits, translations, and steps.

  • New "Edited" badge on demo cards flags any demo with unpublished draft changes ahead of its published version.

  • New Publish status filter on the demos page lets you narrow to "Changes pending" or "Up to date," and Version History is now reachable from the editor's Cmd+K search.

  • Turning versioning off is now non-destructive: your snapshots and history are kept, so re-enabling picks up right where you left off. Workspaces below Growth now see demo versioning in settings with an upgrade path.

  • Fixed version duplication and rename permissions, clarified version diff labels, and stopped the unpublish banner from showing in preview mode.

IMPROVED HTML AND SANDBOX EDITING

  • Fixed unselectable cells and dead or flash-less sandbox hotspots on complex components (Vaadin shadow-DOM grids) in the HTML editor, plus an extra blank row that appeared when a grid row was a sandbox link.

  • Fixed HTML demo text drifting out of place on scroll, and zoom position not being retained in HTML demo preview.

  • Fixed transformed dynamic images getting clamped by page styles, exported hotspot placement, and HTML imports in default demos.

VIDEO IMPROVEMENTS

  • Fixed zoom and pan effects that looked right in the editor but came out missing or frozen in exported MP4s, including timeline zoom transitions and edge-aligned zooms.

  • Longer voiceovers now finish before an end-of-video pause hotspot engages, so narration is no longer cut off mid-sentence.

  • Fixed stale recording dimensions on video pages opened from the extension.

SHOWCASE IMPROVEMENTS

  • Fixed a crash when a showcase contained unpublished demos.

  • Personalized links now correctly detect dynamic variables from demos inside a showcase again.

  • Fixed missing gallery thumbnails when a demo's first step had no image.

SEISMIC INTEGRATION IMPROVEMENTS

  • You can now sign out from inside the embedded Seismic library, alongside general library UI cleanup.

  • Publishing a demo no longer waits on Seismic sync; it now runs in the background so publishes feel faster.

ONBOARDING AND DASHBOARD IMPROVEMENTS

  • New guided onboarding walks new creators through the dashboard, editor, AI Audit, sharing, and viewing a demo, with a draggable presenter-video overlay and progress that carries between Supademo and the Chrome extension.

  • Personalized home dashboard by users’ selected use cases and roles.

WORKSPACE SETTINGS

  • The Invoice Emails notification toggle is now available in the redesigned workspace settings, with an inline link to manage who receives billing invoices.
