SHAREABLE WORKSPACE INVITE LINKS

  • Invite teammates with a single link instead of individual emails: anyone who opens it joins your workspace with the role you chose, Creator or Viewer.

  • Copy it from the invite teammates modal or during onboarding, and reset it anytime to revoke access.

AI COMMAND IMPROVEMENTS

  • Attach videos and PDFs in Command chat, not just images, and Command works from them directly, with upload progress shown as they process.

  • Conversations that reach the context limit now offer to start a new chat instead of failing with a generic error.

DEMO EDITING AND SETTINGS

  • You can now turn the automatic intro chapter on or off for new recordings from chapter settings.

LEAD CAPTURE AND HUBSPOT INTEGRATION FIXES

  • A new "Require valid phone numbers" setting on forms steps gives viewers a country code picker and only accepts real phone numbers.

  • One rejected field no longer costs you the whole HubSpot lead: the contact is recorded with the valid fields, admins get an email listing what was skipped, and the field mapping dialog now flags missing, read-only, and restricted properties as you map them.

SHOWCASE ANALYTICS FOR ALL CONTENT

  • Showcase analytics now cover everything in a showcase: videos, PDFs, and links report opens alongside demo views in the performance chart.

  • Each viewer's session shows which individual items they opened.

DEMO PLAYER ACCESSIBILITY

  • Every demo player can now be driven entirely from the keyboard: Tab reaches each hotspot, form field, and toolbar control in order, and screen readers announce hotspot instructions, form labels, and errors instead of generic placeholders.

  • Keyboard focus is marked with a visible ring in your brand color, form contrast is stronger, and zooming the browser no longer cuts off content or swaps in mobile controls.

IMPROVEMENTS FOR AI DEMO AGENT ANSWERS

  • Agents now put the answer in the reply itself: ask about pricing or how to do something and the response states it, with the attached demo there to go deeper rather than standing in for the answer.

  • Fixed scenarios where agents ran into indexing and crawling issues, dropping correct details from their first reply, and asking for an email the visitor had already entered. Agent share links now use your white-label domain.

HTML DEMO EXPORTS AND SANDBOX FIXES

  • Long and high-resolution HTML demo video exports that previously failed now complete, and exports render faster.

  • Sandbox steps now open at the exact scroll position you captured, and Save scroll takes effect immediately in the editor.

  • Fixed captured menus rendering stuck in their hover state, which could reveal the intended click target, and hotspot outlines covering the content they highlight, in demos and video exports alike.

VOICEOVERS AND TRANSLATIONS

  • The voiceover panel now opens at the step you have selected instead of sending you back to step one.

  • Fixed minor instances of Translations Hub failing to save demos with many voiceover steps, with per-step progress now shown while voiceovers generate, and voice previews hanging on a timeout instead of retrying automatically.
