AI DEMO AGENTS

CREDITS AND SELF-SERVE BILLING
AI Demo Agents now run on self-serve credits. Every workspace gets a single balance with 1,500 credits included, and credits carry over with no expiration. When you need more, top up two ways: load a one-time amount, or set up auto-recharge so your balance refills itself and a live agent conversation never stalls because credits ran dry.
Purchases use the billing method already on your workspace, no sales call required, and your balance survives plan changes and even deleting and recreating an agent.
REDESIGNED VIEWER EXPERIENCE
The Demo Agent experience has been rebuilt end to end. Voice now uses push-to-talk with selectable microphone input, so the agent only hears you when you're talking to it, with no errant pickup in loud rooms.
The conversation lives in a collapsible sidebar: expand it to read along, collapse it for a full-product view, and captions turn on automatically when you collapse so you never lose the thread. Rounding it out: a persistent call-to-action, fullscreen mode, and link sharing so you can send an agent directly to anyone.
UPDATED FUNCTIONALITY
You can now mark a demo's screens as showing another product. The agent will still recommend and play that demo, but stops quoting what's on its screens as facts about your product. If your demos are recorded over third-party tools, this keeps answers grounded in your actual product. The option lives in the re-index dialog for demo sources.
Indexing large batches of content is faster: sources appear as each one finishes indexing, stalled items are clearly badged with one-click recovery, and indexing itself is faster.
Cleaner, improved agent answers across pricing, suggestions of key topics for discovery, and core content.
DEMO PLAYER AND EDITING
Captions now show the written form of pronunciation dictionary terms instead of the "say as" spelling, so the voiceover still says "Test dot com" but the caption reads "Test.com". Takes effect when a voiceover is generated or regenerated.
Mobile hotspot view is now on by default for newly created demos.
In Sandbox demos, fixed multiple hover states staying active at once within a single page (for example in a sidebar), and the "Disable keyboard navigation" setting now applies to Sandbox demos too.
Sharing a Route Hub or an Agent that has unpublished changes now shows the same stale-version warning demos have, so you don't send a link that serves an older version.
The Branding panel now warns you about unsaved changes before you leave.
ANALYTICS AND MCP
Fixed view counts overflowing their columns in analytics tables.
The Supademo MCP server's get_demo now returns a demo's appearance, CTA, and background settings, and its voice list now matches the full AI Voiceovers catalog of 148 voices, so AI tools like Claude and AI Command see the same options you do in the app.
