Add "rephrase" or "improve" AI assistant

To rephrase my hotspots, I need to go on Claude.

  • Custom: ideally, you’d allow us to setup our custom prompt in the settings.

  • UX: then you’d make those prompt available from the hotspot pane with a dedicated button.
